Tsubamesanjo Iron Wok | Carbon Steel Peking Pan 33 cm
A Japanese Peking-style carbon steel wok pressed in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata. The thin iron body reaches searing temperature in seconds and holds it, giving the smoky wok hei char that stainless and non-stick pans cannot produce.

🧹 Care: season with oil before first use. Hand wash without detergent, dry over heat, and wipe with a thin film of oil to prevent rust. The surface darkens with use — that patina is the non-stick layer.
